這真是一個佛心來著的新聞，Joomla!官方為籌措運作資金，找了幾名資深的Joomla!開發者和使用者，專司寫作官方出版的書籍，目前的新聞稿規劃為兩本：

• The Official Joomla! Book，預定為2010年12月上市，定位為介紹書籍，除了一些基本的介紹之外，廣泛的討論各領域的應用案例。
• Joomla! Explained: Your Step-by-Step Guide ，預定為2011年年初上市，步驟式的教學，目前內容大綱尚未公佈

這兩本書除了可以賺一些稿費給Joomla!官方之外，也有助於在市場上推廣。內容也是相當的豐富和精彩，相信許多Joomla!的愛好者到時會幫忙多買幾本。

第一本書的介紹-The Official Joomla! Book

這本書的作者是兩位資深的Joomla!官方成員，一位是Joomla!官方論壇管理者的Jennifer Marriott，本身也是一位音樂家，一家網站開發公司的老板。另一位是在Joomla!官方論壇有發表超過5000篇文章的Elin Waring，同時也建立了最初的Joomla!常見問答集的收集，本身是個大學社會系的教授，針對的議題多半是應用於非營利組織。
